Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • One frozen banana
  •  1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  •  1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  •  1/2 cup coconut milk
  •  Toppings: sliced fresh fruits, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, etc.

Instructions:

Blend the frozen banana with the mango, pineapple, and coconut milk in a food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more coconut milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with sliced fresh fruits, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, or any other toppings you like.
